Pillar 09 · Practice Growth

Practice growth: we fill the chairs for the diagnostics you installed.

The ninth pillar. Sold on its own, built to feed baseline, treat, retest.

Eight pillars of support get a device running, billed, and trusted by your team. This one makes sure patients know to ask for it. A website built to book the first scan, a film that explains the why, and the visibility and intake that turn a search into a scheduled baseline. Built by the same team that built this site, priced from our rate card, published below.

Know what a full schedule is worth before you spend a dollar filling it.

Growth spend only makes sense against the revenue the diagnostic produces. Start with the estimator, then open the two published calculators for the full CPT-by-CPT tables.

Read it honestly. Billed is not collected, and coverage depends on the payer and the documented indication; asymptomatic screening is not covered. These figures are simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter, not a TITN projection or a guarantee.

Three Offers, One Promise

Priced from the rate card. Nothing hidden behind a discovery call.

Each offer stands on its own and each one has one job in the method: get the first scan booked, keep the patient in the protocol, bring them back for the retest.

Offer 01 · The site that books the scan

WordPress website, built for booking

$9,750one-time build

plus $1,000 a month care, 12-month term: SEO, hosting, security, and up to 4 hours a month of revisions.

A clinic website has one job in this method: turn a patient who is searching into a patient who is scheduled for a baseline. Everything on it points at that.

  • Mobile-first, scheduling integrated from the first draft, not bolted on.
  • Multi-location pages and bilingual copy where your patients need it.
  • Diagnostics explained in plain English, with the sample report a patient can see before they book.
  • Built to the bar you are looking at. Same system, same care, as this site.
Feeds BaselineTreatRetest
Offer 02 · The film that explains the why

Clinic brand film

$4,500per film

3 to 4 minutes, two revision rounds, delivered broadcast-ready for web, social, and the waiting-room screen.

A patient who understands what the test measures follows the protocol and expects the retest. The film does that explaining, on your site, on your screen, before the visit.

  • Script in your voice, written around your patients and your diagnostics.
  • Your own footage and brand folded into AI-assisted production, with voiceover and motion graphics.
  • Full production option: we film your office, your team, and your patient flow, scoped per project.
  • Cut for every screen: the site hero, a social cut, the waiting room loop.

Offer 03 · The pipeline that brings them back

Visibility, intake, and advisory retainer

$7,500a month

6-month retainer with a month-to-month option after. TITN as your growth team, not a vendor.

Being found is half of it. The other half is that no inquiry is lost and every baseline patient is on a list that brings them back for the retest.

  • Local SEO and Google Business Profile: hours, photos, reviews, and the structured data that tells search engines what your clinic offers.
  • Lead intake: website forms land on one board your front desk works from. Anything patient-identifying routes through a HIPAA-compliant intake path, never a marketing tool.
  • Retest follow-up: the recall list and the reminders, so the second scan is scheduled, not hoped for.
  • Advisory: workflow, reimbursement coaching, and the campaign calendar, run with you month by month.
Feeds BaselineTreatRetest

How they fit together. The website care line already keeps your search presence current; the retainer is for practices that want the whole engine run for them. Web and film are billed 50 percent on signing with the balance staged; the retainer bills at the start of each month. Client builds are delivered with our web partner, Trifco: TITN owns the brief and the design direction, Trifco designs and builds the WordPress.

The Work

Real sites, as they render today. Not mockups of mockups.

Screenshots taken in a browser at the width you would see them. Our own site first, because it is the system we hand to clinics.

Feeds BaselineTreatRetest

Client builds are delivered with our web partner, Trifco, and shown with credit and with permission, never as solo TITN work. Screenshots are the live pages (or the approved design, where noted) as rendered on the day this page was built; the sites themselves may have moved on.

09 One Case, Start To Finish

A forensic psychiatrist that attorneys had to find, then trust, in five seconds.

Dr. John M. Stalberg, MD, JD, is a forensic psychiatrist and Qualified Medical Evaluator practicing out of Sherman Oaks and serving ten California locations. His audience is not patients browsing. It is attorneys, case managers, and evaluees deciding, fast, whether an evaluation will hold up. The old site did not carry that weight. The new one does.

1

The brief

Modernize forensicpsychca.com around one question the reader is really asking: can this evaluation stand in court. Credentials first, then the paths a referrer actually takes.

2

The build

WordPress, mobile-first. Dual MD and JD credentials and the practice locations in the hero. Separate paths for personal injury and workers' compensation. Book-appointment and click-to-call on every screen, and forms specified to a HIPAA-compliant path with WCAG 2.1 AA as the accessibility target.

3

The method it feeds

For any practice, the site's job ends when the first appointment is on the calendar: that is the baseline visit. Here it is the evaluation a referrer books once they trust the credentials, and the same intake keeps a returning referrer one click from the next one.

Why Growth Is A Pillar

Marketing fills the chairs. The method turns each chair into a documented, repeatable visit.

Practice Growth is not a second company bolted onto a device sale. It is the ninth pillar of the same engagement, and every offer above has one job inside the method: measure first, prove what works, document the change.

01

Baseline

The website and the visibility work bring the first scan. A patient who found you, understood the test, and booked online is a clean, consented baseline on the schedule.

02

Treat

The film and the patient education keep the protocol understood. A patient who knows why they are being treated follows the plan, and expects to be measured again.

03

Retest

Intake and recall bring the patient back. The identical protocol, billed again under the same codes where payer frequency rules and documented medical necessity allow, with the change on the record.

“Patients deserve more than generalized treatment. They deserve a system built on objective findings, baseline testing, and targeted intervention.”
